Silverton has been a committed participant in Midtown activities for many years and so we located our Main Office in the heart of Midtown across the street from Piedmont Park.
The Midtown office is the hub of Silverton. All of the day-to-day activities of our mortgage business are centered in this office. You'll find our dedicated staff of processors, underwriters, closing specialists, office management, and loan officers on site to assist you with any of your residential or investment mortgage needs.

Silverton's Midtown / Main office is conveniently located at the corner of Monroe Drive and Cooledge Road in the brick street-front building. Parking is available in front of the building on Monroe Drive, behind the building and along Cooledge Road.
Heading North
• Take 75/85 North to the 10th Street Exit
• Turn Right on 10th Street and follow it over Peachtree Street and past Piedmont Park until the road dead ends into Monroe Drive.
• Turn left on Monroe. (The second road on your right immediately after the turn is Cooledge Road.)
• You'll see Silverton on your left after you turn on Monroe.
Heading South
• Take 75/85 to the 17th-14th-10th Street Exit and follow the access road to 10th Street.
• Turn left on 10th Street and follow it over Peachtree Street and past Piedmont Park until the road dead ends into Monroe Drive.
• Turn left on Monroe. (The second road on your right immediately after the turn is Cooledge Road.)
• You'll see Silverton on your left after you turn on Monroe.
