I started in the mortgage industry in the Lake Norman area in 1996. As a native of Cornelius, I have seen the tremendous change in the area and appreciate the uniqueness of the market. A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
