I have been in the mortgage industry for about four years now and absolutely love that I get to work with people towards their dream of obtaining a new home. Whether they are first-time homebuyers or have previously owned, it is always rewarding seeing my clients achieve their goal of homeownership.
Coming into the industry at the busiest time in history while also working with a top-producing team forced me to learn and learn quickly. There are very few scenarios I have not seen, and I enjoy working on all types of situations. Every customer is different with unique needs in the loan approval process, and I try to make things as easy for the borrower as possible by being available throughout the process. I am always a text, email, or phone call away if needed, even outside normal business hours.
Clients can expect me to be available whenever they need me. I know things come up, questions arise, and situations develop, and there is nothing more frustrating than waiting for answers when so much is on the line. I also do all I can to make the process as easy as possible from start to finish. Buying a home can be stressful, so I try to take as much out of the equation as I can.
I have two young daughters ages two and three (I can assure you that “daddy’s girl” is a real thing). Therefore, whatever time I am not spending working usually goes towards doing something with them as it is my favorite thing to do. I enjoy nature, so I have been taking them to the creek recently that I grew up playing in, and off to parks, etc. whenever possible. To that note, I like backpacking and dusting off our kayaks whenever life allows, but a more likely scenario is having a fire night with the wife and neighbors with some backyard bocce ball and cornhole games.

A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
