With a decade of experience as a loan originator, my greatest joy is helping individuals fulfill their lifelong dreams of homeownership. I’m dedicated to treating every client the way I’d want to be treated during the home buying process – honestly and with hard work.
In addition to my professional life, I’m a devoted family person. I cherish watching football and baseball, coaching my daughters’ softball teams, and traveling with my wife, Liz, and our two lovely daughters. On game days, you will find me cheering for the Chicago Cubs, the Florida State Seminoles, and the Indianapolis Colts.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
Community Lending
As part of Silverton Mortgage’s commitment to give back to our communities, we are proud to offer down payment assistance and flexible mortgage programs through our Community Lending division.
VA
Veterans and active duty military may qualify for 100% financing (0% down payment) with no monthly mortgage insurance through the VA loan program.
