Jumbo loans are available for eligible borrowers who are buying or refinancing a property valued higher than conforming loan limits, up to $3.5 million.
In 2022, the maximum amount for a conforming loan is $647,200 for one-unit properties in most counties. Homes that exceed the local conforming loan limit may qualify for a jumbo loan program.
For high-value properties, we offer programs that allow eligible borrowers to finance their home with a lower down payment.
