I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years and have had the pleasure of helping over a thousand clients successfully obtain a home loan. Whatever the situation, it’s always a pleasure walking my clients through the process of financing their home. My goal is to make the experience as smooth as possible for everyone involved. I attribute my success to maintaining a high level of communication from start to finish. I find that this reduces the stress that is often associated with buying a home. Keeping everyone in the loop early and often is always what I strive for with every loan that I originate.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
