I have been a mortgage professional for more than 20 years. I enjoy serving people and assisting in navigating their financing options by answering all their questions while taking their specific circumstances into consideration so they can make the right choices for their goal of home ownership. Buying or refinancing a home can feel overwhelming at times, and my goal is to set you at ease and make it as simple as possible with honest communication and constant updates throughout the loan process.
Closing Day is the best part of my job. The culmination of helping clients get their keys for the first time, or the next time, or helping someone improve their financial situation is incredibly rewarding.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
