I received my business degree from Marquette University in 1988 specializing in finance. I live in Noblesville with my wife Susan and our 3 boys Will, Jack & Drew. I stay involved in the local community by volunteering and supporting organizations such as the Realtor Foundation, Noblesville Youth Baseball, Boys & Girls Club and CYO sports. A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
