While I am new to the mortgage industry, I have worked in real estate since 2004 and am well versed in finding the best ways to help people based on their unique situations. When a borrower chooses to work with me, I understand that buying a home will probably be the largest investment of their lives and will do whatever I can to make their purchase process as smooth as possible. I take pride in being responsive and making myself available throughout the entire transaction. I am someone who values communication and honesty. My job to be an advisor and get you to the closing table will as little stress as possible.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, snowboarding, cooking, and attending my children’s events. I also enjoy going to the mountains in the fall, my favorite time of year, to see the leaves change color.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
USDA
Designed for properties located in rural areas, the USDA loan program provides up to 100% financing (0% down).
