About
I was in retail banking for 16 years before becoming a mortgage loan originator three years ago. I love helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dreams of homeownership. I also enjoy when I’m able to assist current homeowners with the refinance process to save money or help them pay off their home more quickly. When working with me, borrowers can trust that I am only a phone call or text away. I pride myself on being available throughout the entire loan process and beyond to offer advice and answer any questions that may arise. I understand that the house-hunting process can be both exciting and disappointing. I want to ensure that each individual client is informed, knows that they are valued, and has an enjoyable home buying experience.
When possible, I enjoy dining out and serving my community through my church and the local Rotary Club. I also love spending time with my husband, Kevin, and our three children. We especially like supporting our local AA baseball team, the Trash Pandas, and watching Crimson Tide football, softball, basketball, and gymnastics.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
Construction-Permanent Loan
With as little as 10% down, we can help you build a new home or renovate/improve an existing one. Our Construction-Permanent program streamlines your experience with only one closing for both the construction and permanent phases of your loan.
