About
Lynn’s mortgage career started in 1988 when she became a Loan Closer, and for the past 35 years, Lynn has built a solid portfolio of expertise through positions such as Underwriter, Closing Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and VP of Eastern Operations for a National Wholesale Lender. Lynn further leveraged her vast operations experience when she became a Loan Originator in 2007.
The mortgage lending industry has changed significantly over the 15 years so it has become more important than ever to have an experienced Loan Originator who can skillfully navigate the loan process, network and connect with the right resources, and help each of her clients explore and select the best loan option for them.
Lynn’s success as a Loan Originator is supported by her excellent communication skills, combined with a passion for creatively solving customer problems. Lynn demonstrates persistence and resilience through every transaction. She listens to her clients and works with them to match the right program to their unique needs. With Lynn’s extensive mortgage experience, she is able to educate her clients on the mortgage process and guide them to a successful loan closing.
Lynn is a proud member of The Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving a 3-year term on the Board of Directors. Giving back is important to Lynn and she is involved locally with Nest Academy RVA which provides support and activities for young adults with complex disabilities similar to those of her nephew Samuel. When Lynn is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling anywhere a plane can take her and cheering on her favorite baseball team, the New York Yankees.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
USDA
Designed for properties located in rural areas, the USDA loan program provides up to 100% financing (0% down).
Construction-Permanent Loan
With as little as 10% down, we can help you build a new home or renovate/improve an existing one. Our Construction-Permanent program streamlines your experience with only one closing for both the construction and permanent phases of your loan.
