With 18 years of experience as a mortgage loan originator, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Meeting new people, helping repeat clients, and witnessing their lives change and grow through homeownership are the best parts of my job. I find it incredibly rewarding to make a real difference in people’s lives.
I have consistently been a top producer and awards club member for the past decade. This reflects my dedication and success as a loan originator in the mortgage industry. Although I’m not currently affiliated with any industry-related groups, I have served as a former HBA board member and was honored as Builder of the Year by HBA.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
HomeReady® Mortgage
With as little as 3% down, reduced mortgage insurance, and no minimum contribution from the borrower, this option is perfect for first-time homebuyers who may have a relative helping with the down payment.
VA
Veterans and active duty military may qualify for 100% financing (0% down payment) with no monthly mortgage insurance through the VA loan program.
