I’m originally from Harrisburg, PA, moved to Northern CA, Scottsdale, AZ and currently reside in Charlotte, NC.
I’ve been in the mortgage business for over 21 years as a Sr. Loan Officer, a Production Manager for a Purchase Division, managing ~20 highly productive Loan Officers. Currently, I am working with Silverton Mortgage, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. We focus on great rates, low fees and where the customer is ALWAYS #1. I have the best processing and operations team in the industry.
I truly enjoy helping individual borrowers at the loan level and knowing I am helping them achieve their life-long dream.
My specialty in the business is my ability to help clients with the largest purchase of their lives by making it a smooth and stress free process. I am able to do this by being accessible, courteous and professional not only during work hours but in the evenings and weekends.
Over the years, I’ve been able to develop many professional relationships, and have also made a lot of personal friends along the way.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
HomeReady® Mortgage
With as little as 3% down, reduced mortgage insurance, and no minimum contribution from the borrower, this option is perfect for first-time homebuyers who may have a relative helping with the down payment.
VA
Veterans and active duty military may qualify for 100% financing (0% down payment) with no monthly mortgage insurance through the VA loan program.
