Paul Bryan is a mortgage professional with experience dating back to 1993 in Louisville, KY where in 1998, he co-founded Regency First Mortgage. Regency First was a small mortgage broker office and at its peak, employed 14 loan officers and a support staff of three key compliance associates. With Gold and Platinum status with various Fortune 500 mortgage companies and investors.
I have a passion for helping and guiding people through the processes of obtaining the best possible mortgage for their individual needs – so that they can build and buy the home of their dreams. Patient and teacher of the intricate process of applying and closing on a mortgage loan.
Paul is a husband and father of 3 children and currently resides in Alpharetta, GA since 1999. Born and raised in Louisville, KY where Paul trained in various fields of sales, marketing and coaching others in grass roots business implementation.

A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
