I’m Randy Winton, Mortgage Loan Originator with Silverton Mortgage, a mortgage company focused on making your experience an amazing one. This is done through using the most current technology available, allowing you to get a mortgage from the comfort of your own home. I personally communicate with you and your real estate agent throughout the entire process, keeping you ahead of any challenges that may exist to ensure I deliver a smooth and timely closing.
For nearly two decades, I have helped people buy, refinance and renovate their homes. I give customers personal attention and explain their options every step of the way. I have straightforward processes, user-friendly mobile applications and step-by-step communication to keep my customers informed and feeling at ease. All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
