I love what I do!  I am a relationship-based loan officer. I want to have a trust-based relationship with my clients, and I want to impact their life in a positive way.  I have made it my mission to learn about the things that would help my clients succeed at shaping their financial future, such as credit repair, niche loan programs, and unique scenarios.   Early on in my career, I set out to discover what clients really wanted out of a mortgage loan process.  What I honed in on, is the desire for a full education on how mortgages can affect all different facets of a financial situation, and all the ins and outs of the actual mortgage loan process.  There is so much misinformation on the internet about home buying and mortgages, and I saw that it was causing stress and anxiety for home buyers.  My approach to mortgage advising is to educate and empower my clients.  I pride myself on answering all their questions with visual aids and tutorials that make sense, and being there next to them, through every step of the loan process.  Being a trusted mortgage loan officer in my community allows me to make a real difference, and provides me with the mental challenge I crave.  “Being a loan officer today requires real problem solving skills.  Not all client situations fit inside the box.” – Rhea Bryson-
