Sean McCarthy graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Finance and an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University. His experience includes over 11 years of residential mortgage lending and more than 20 years in real estate finance. Sean brings hard work, integrity, and creative solutions to each customer’s unique situation. He prides himself on identifying customer needs and providing the best loan solutions which align with their goals and objectives.
Currently, Sean resides in Hilliard, OH with his wife and two children. He enjoys time with family and anything outdoors. Sean also invests in real estate and is involved with his wife’s Drill4Life charity, which drills water wells in rural Zimbabwe, her native country.

FHA
