About
I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years, starting as a real estate agent before becoming a loan originator. The opportunity to meet new people is the highlight of my job. I love discussing their current and future needs so that I can best direct them to the loan that’s right for them. First-time homebuyers are especially great to work with because of the potential to create lifetime clients. I make sure that they have an awesome experience throughout the entire process.
When someone decides to work with me, I make it a habit to under commit and over deliver. I also value communication and feel like it’s the best tool for having my clients stay informed from start to finish. My goal is to make my borrower’s life easy as they embark on the journey of homeownership. With me, there are no surprises, just excellent customer service.
When I’m not originating loans I love to cook, travel, and work out. I’m a rare Atlanta native who grew up in Smyrna and, as a University of Georgia graduate, am a true Bulldogs fan!

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
VA
Veterans and active duty military may qualify for 100% financing (0% down payment) with no monthly mortgage insurance through the VA loan program.
HomeReady® Mortgage
With as little as 3% down, reduced mortgage insurance, and no minimum contribution from the borrower, this option is perfect for first-time homebuyers who may have a relative helping with the down payment.
