With nearly a decade entrenched in the mortgage industry, I am actively cultivating a wealth of experience navigating through various roles, from working with brokers to serving as a lender/servicer and correspondent lender. This diverse background has endowed me with a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage landscape, enabling me to adeptly guide borrowers through every phase of the loan process, from application to closing, and beyond.
What truly ignites my passion for this profession is the profound impact I can have on people’s lives. Helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership not only fosters personal wealth but also instills a sense of pride and accomplishment. Witnessing the joy and satisfaction on a client’s face when they step into their new home for the first time is immensely rewarding and reaffirms my commitment to this field.
Over the past five years, I’ve celebrated significant milestones both personally and professionally. From commemorating 25 years of marriage to proudly witnessing my eldest daughter graduate from the University of Georgia, and experiencing the thrill of watching my youngest daughter play D2 softball for the first time, these moments have enriched my life and underscored the importance of cherishing family and embracing life’s journey.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in BNI, a networking organization that facilitates meaningful connections with industry peers and fosters collaboration to better serve our clients. Through this affiliation, I stay abreast of industry trends, forge valuable partnerships, and enhance my expertise to deliver exceptional service to my clients.

As avid sports enthusiasts, we share a deep-rooted passion for the Atlanta Braves and Auburn University, where we both attended college and first crossed paths. These affiliations hold a special place in our hearts, serving as cherished reminders of our shared history and shared dreams for the future.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
Construction-Permanent Loan
With as little as 10% down, we can help you build a new home or renovate/improve an existing one. Our Construction-Permanent program streamlines your experience with only one closing for both the construction and permanent phases of your loan.
USDA
Designed for properties located in rural areas, the USDA loan program provides up to 100% financing (0% down).
