About
I have worked in the mortgage industry for over 16 years, and I have worked on a team that has been part of the Power Producers list since 2011. What is most exciting about my job is my love helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership. I work closely with my clients from starting their application until they reach their closing date. I am loyal and dependable and will be there for you even after your closing. I love working with repeat clients and with client referrals as that lets me know that I have exceeded their expectations. I’m passionate about finding creative financing solutions for my clients, and I also pride myself in staying up to date on new lending guidelines so that I know what products work best for each client.
Outside of work, I enjoy working with dog rescue organizations and often find myself keeping more dogs than I get adopted out. I am a North Carolina native and my family all still loves locally as well. I graduated from Apex High School and North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Management.

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
