If I go through the team member Loan Program, am I limited to the types of loan programs I can use?
All products offered by Silverton Mortgage are available to Clayton employees. You can visit our Products page for a brief overview of available products, but you should talk to a Loan Originator for a complete list of options.
Who is eligible to take advantage of this program?
All Clayton team members, spouses, and their immediate families are eligible for this program.
I already own a home and am looking to refinance. Can I do this through the team member Loan Program?
Yes, you can absolutely refinance through Silverton Mortgage. We also have renovation loan programs if your home is in need of a little TLC.
How long do I need to be employed by the Clayton family to qualify for the team member Loan Program?
The Team Member Loan Program is available to you the day you begin working with Clayton or any of their subsidiaries.
Are the qualifications for each program the same as a non-team member?
You’ll still need to meet the same qualifications as any other borrower for a loan program (credit score, down payment amount, DTI, etc.), but your rate will likely be lower.
If I have a co-borrower who’s not a Clayton team member, will that affect my discount?
You will still receive discounted rates even if your co-borrower is not a Clayton team member.
