About the Branch

We originally joined Silverton as the North Georgia office in the spring of 2010. With Branch Manager Lori Beardslee at the helm, our team expertly manages loans throughout the metro Atlanta area. Lori brings more than 24 years of mortgage lending experience to the table with a background in retail lending and running wholesale operations, giving her a full understanding of the front and back end of the lending world.

We are the preferred lender inside of eight ReMax offices around the Cherokee, Fulton, Gilmer, Fannin and Union counties working primarily with purchase transactions. The strong repeat and referral customer base for refinances are what keeps them one of the most successful small branches within the company. Lori?s vast experience with new subdivision sales, being the onsite lender for the Bridgemill Country Club with over 2,900 home sales, gives her a wide range of lending experiences from VA, FHA to Jumbo and conventional lending.
