From a one-man operation to a nationally recognized company licensed in 46 states, our high standards for employees and customers remain steadfast. Joining Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. in 2018, we’ve implemented a world-class benefits package for eligible employees, including vacation, healthcare, flexible hours, maternity leave, and engagement events.
Giving Back to the Community
We are committed to giving back to our communities. Founded in 2012, The Silverton Foundation provides mortgage and rent assistance to families with critically and chronically ill children. The Foundation partners with hospitals in Atlanta and Nashville to identify families in need. Silverton Mortgage donates quarterly to the Foundation on behalf of new homeowners, and employees can donate a portion of their paychecks. Josh enthusiastically shares the stories of families helped during company meetings.
